Delete Agent CRM To Do Tasks

Users of the Agent CRM can create tasks to help manage their workload and to associate tasks to specific leads. This feature is only available for the Agent CRM product.

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > IDX > Leads > To Do.
  2. To delete a task, hover over the task and a trash icon will appear on the right. Click on the trash icon.
  3. A window will pop up asking you to confirm if you want to delete the task. Click “YES”.
  4. Your task is deleted.
