Configure Gmail To Send AgentWebsite Email

AgentWebsite email includes webmail. If you prefer to use Gmail to send mail from your AgentWebsite email address, follow the steps below to configure your Gmail account.

  1. If you have not done so already, create an AgentWebsite mailbox.
  2. Make sure your know your AgentWebsite email password. If needed change the email password.
  3. Log in to Gmail.
  4. On the top right, click the gear icon (settings).
  5. Below the gear icon, click See all settings.
  6. Next to Send mail as, click Add another email address.
  7. Enter your name and AgentWebsite email address, then click Next Step.
  8. Fill in the fields:

    1. Enter "smtp.everyone.net" in the SMTP server field.
    2. Select 465 in the Port field.
    3. Enter your full AgentWebsite email address in the Username field.
    4. Enter your AgentWebsite email password in the Password field.
    5. Select Secured connection using SSL.
    6. Double check your work.
    7. Click Add Account.
  9. A confirmation email will be sent to your AgentWebsite email address. Click Close window to return to Gmail Settings.
  10. Check your Gmail inbox. If you got an email with an error like the one below, your AgentWebsite email address is not be ready to accept mail yet. In that case, wait about an hour, then go to Gmail > Settings > See all settings > Accounts and Import > Send mail as, click verify, and then click send again.


  11. Click here log in to your AgentWebsite email (opens in a new tab), then find the confirmation email, and click the link in the email.
  12. On the confirmation page that is displayed, click Confirm.
  13. Click the link on the confirmation success page to return to Gmail.

Additional Gmail Settings (optional)

After completing the steps above, go to Gmail > Settings > See all settings > Accounts and Import > Send mail.

Note the two optional settings below that can be enabled. These options are not required.

Click make default to set your AgentWebsite email address as the default for your Gmail account.

Select Reply from... if you want the reply-to address to match the address the message was sent to.
