AgentWebsite Help | Fix An Incorrect Property Listing Map Location

Sometimes listings cannot be correctly mapped using a street address. In most cases, the map location can be corrected.

Go to https://www.google.com/maps
Find the correct map location of the property listing.
Right-click on the location. A popup menu will be displayed. Click the latitude and longitude numbers at the top of the menu.
The latitude and longitude will be copied to your clipboard.
Paste the copied latitude and longitude into an email (or support ticket) and send it to the AgentWebsite Support Team at . Make sure to include the property listing address and/or MLS ID.
We will manually update the map location of the property listing on your website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours.
